To a large extent, our rigorous diet regime takes care of the children's health.
For ordinary ailments and emergency, we send girls to general physicians in neighbourhood. We keep a first-aid kit and stock of medicines like Paracetemol, Antibiotics, painkillers etc for general ailments. Girls use cold creams and petroleum jelly in winters. In summer, we stock ORS sachets, Glucon D etc in case any girl suffers from dehydration. We use mosquito net to fight the mosquitoe-menace. Our director is an orthopaedic Surgeon and his wife a gynaecologist, therefore we don't face medical problems. They examine all inmates three times a month.

Dental Check up from time to time, we have medical camps - general; dental and eye check-up organized by friends and volunteers.

For children who have additional nutritional requirements, we provide carrots, greater amounts of milk and leafy vegetables as well as calcium tablets and Dexorange syrup. We have our own Gaushala (Cow farm). Presently there are six milk giving cows.
